Medical Coding Online provides an AI-powered tool that generates ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS medical billing code suggestions based on clinical notes submitted by the user. The Service is intended for reference and educational purposes only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The codes generated by this tool are AI suggestions and must not be submitted directly for insurance billing without review by a qualified medical coder or licensed healthcare professional. Medical Coding Online does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated codes. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical coding expertise.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit real patient data containing personally identifiable information or protected health information (PHI)
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Use automated scripts to abuse the free tier

5. Free Plan Limits

The Free plan allows 2 code generations per day and up to 30 per month per IP address. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time. Exceeding limits may result in temporary restriction of access.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on this website is the property of Medical Coding Online. The AI-generated code output provided in response to your clinical notes is provided for your use. You retain ownership of the clinical notes you submit.

7. Limitation of Liability

Medical Coding Online shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to claim denials, billing errors, or regulatory penalties resulting from the use of AI-generated codes.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
